DATASYS UMS products are fully integrated with the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 system. This integration enables work with the UMS products (Faxchange, Voicechange, Mobilchange a Callchange) directly from the client interface of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0. Calling, faxing, SMS messaging is automaticly recorded in the activity list of the user and dramatically saves the customer service time.

A new service, Eurotel SMS Connector, speeds up and improves communication inside a company and with its business partners and clients.

T-mobile has introduced a service that allows sending SMS messages to fixed-line phones. The SMS message is delivered by reading
out the sent SMS message or by sending the SMS message by fax.

On March 1st 2004, DATASYS s.r.o. introduced a new release of its Unified Messaging System 4.0. to the market. This information will surely be received warmly by current UMS users who plan to upgrade their corporate e-mail and operating systems. This is because this new release is in response to the introduction of a new Microsoft operating system and to the new versions of the Exchange and Lotus Notes e-mail systems. The upgrades relate primarily to the Faxchange fax server and to the Mobilchange system for working with SMS. |
