    This product implements the connectivity, the mutual integration of computers and telephone exchanges.

    The product comes with the Call Resolution for Outlook superstructure. This gives the user a tool that can recognise a caller's number (for the ISDN line) for an incoming telephone call and open a contact for this number from the Microsoft Outlook addressbook.

    The product also allows filing the telephone call records in the Microsoft Outlook Journal. The product requires installed and functional TAPI interface on the part of the exchange or The product requires installed and functional TAPI interface on the part of the exchange or we prepared our cheaper CSTA interface. We extended product CallChange about new CSTA driver, which supports direct connection with your PBX.

    At the same time, CallChange is a system that allows creating CallCenters cheaply and quickly, be it by a specialised firm or a customer himself. A simple Visual Basic interface allows developing CallCenter applications after only a short training.
